SOUND THAT MATCHES THE RIDER

When a national touring artist confirms a show in Bhopal or Indore, their production manager sends a tech rider. That document specifies exact speaker hangs, console preferences, monitor mixes, and microphone plots. Most local vendors read a rider and start making substitutions. We read it and start pulling the specified gear from our warehouse. L-Acoustics K2 main hangs. DiGiCo SD7 at FOH. Sennheiser wireless. The advance team arrives to find exactly what they asked for — tested, patched, and ready for sound check.

LIGHTING THAT FOLLOWS THE SETLIST

Concert lighting is choreography. The acoustic opening needs warm ambers with tight spots. The rock anthem needs full wash, strobes, and haze. The ballad needs a single follow spot and darkness everywhere else. Our lighting director programs show files that follow the artist's setlist beat by beat — 200+ cues for a 90-minute show, all triggered from the grandMA3. When the artist improvises an extra chorus, the operator adapts in real-time.
