Staging
2,000 feet of Prolyte truss. Custom prosceniums. 24 chain hoists. The structure everything else depends on.
Staging Production
What We Deliver
The Farhan Akhtar stage build started 72 hours before the show. A 60-foot proscenium with integrated LED side panels, overhead lighting truss rated for 4 tonnes of fixtures, PA fly points for the K2 arrays, and a stage deck that needed to support a 12-piece band, backline, and 30,000 watts of amplification.
On day two, the ground survey revealed soft soil on stage left that hadn't been flagged in the site recce. Our structural engineer recalculated the load distribution overnight, and the crew re-positioned the base plates with wider footprints by 6am. The stage passed safety inspection at noon. The show went ahead as planned.
Every Dhwani stage build starts with structural engineering — load calculations for dead load (equipment), live load (performers), and wind load (outdoor venues in India see everything from dust storms to pre-monsoon gusts). Prolyte H40V truss rated to TUV standards. CM Lodestar chain hoists with dual braking. Mojo Barriers for front-of-stage crowd management. But the difference between a stage that's built and a stage that's engineered is the soil test at 2am.
