What We Deliver
The Sagar Group Leadership Summit had 400 executives in the room and 2,000 watching from 14 offices across India. The CEO's keynote needed to feel equally produced for both audiences. The in-room crowd expected concert-quality AV. The remote audience expected broadcast-quality video with no buffering, no audio sync issues, and real-time Q&A integration.
We ran a 4-camera shoot with Blackmagic URSA cameras, switched live on ATEM Constellation, with graphics overlay for lower thirds and slide integration. The stream ran on redundant internet connections — primary fibre, backup 4G bonded — with automatic failover. Clean multitrack audio from the DiGiCo desk fed directly into the stream encoder. When the primary internet dropped for 11 seconds during the Q&A segment, the failover kicked in. Nobody noticed.
